We try not to run projects in parallel. One in the edit, one in approval, everything else waits.

1–3 days, discussed on a call

Shoot

usually a single day, sometimes two

Edit

from three days, rough cut shown early

Grade and sound

1–2 days after the cut is locked

Two rounds of notes are included. Anything that changes the structure after the cut is locked is quoted separately — not out of stubbornness, but because it is effectively a new project.
